By requesting services from FAB Rooter & Plumbing, you agree to the following terms:

Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the initial evaluation of the job. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required.

Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before starting certain jobs. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Work Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions. Delays caused by site conditions may affect pricing and timelines.

Permits & Compliance
If permits are required, they will be discussed prior to starting the project. Additional costs may apply.

Warranty
We stand behind our work. Warranty details will be provided based on the scope of the job.

​

Liability
FAB Rooter & Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages not directly caused by our work.
